Fixed issue where PAR value was not updating correctly, or not showing up at all depending on whether original par value was turned on/off. BUG: MOM: OFF Route Invoices not putting OFF in invh_seq. Fixed issue with off-route stops not being marked as off-route on MDM and not having "OFF as their sequence number on the invoices." |
